Ecstatic dance, also known as free-form dance, is about tuning into your body and allowing it to move in the way it wants to move. For some bodies it may mean twirling and leaping across the dance floor. And for some bodies it may mean more subtle movements- tiny, gentle movements that support your healing. Ecstatic dance is a liberating atmosphere, and is not about dancing in any particular way. Based loosely on the profound work of Gabrielle Roth, ecstatic dance has pollinated hundreds communities throughout the world. In a reflection of Roth's work, five currents or themes (5Rhythms) parallel the music selected for the hour of practice, often referred to as a "wave". Dance waves can be powerfully cathartic and healing for both the individual dancer and the community. No dance partner or prior dance experience needed!Find out more »

Free - expanding our capacity to have fun, be playful, and enjoy being in our bodies through feminine flow.Find out more »

This 30 hour professional training introduces the foundational principles and practices of Restorative Breathwork. Students will learn several Restorative Breathwork sequences aimed at awakening the instinctive nature of the breath—free, uninhibited, and connected to the divine. In awakening our breath, we not only revitalize our life energies, but also open a gateway to higher consciousness and our own inner powers of healing. The training focuses on the breath’s essential role in calming the nervous system and stilling the mind. This quality of stillness reconnects us to our True Self, fostering personal transformation and spiritual awareness. Emphasis is on assisting students in acquiring a degree of personal mastery of the breath practices introduced in this training to support the development of professional skills. This empowering and transformative program creates the experiential framework for vibrant and profound experiences that will enrich a personal and professional practice for years to come.
