Monday and Wednesday Mornings
Beginning September 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, Oct. 2
Pre-Registration Required. During these classes you will work with breath, movement and postures designed to wake up your body and start your day off right. You will concentrate on the form for the poses as well as gain a better understanding of the benefits of the practice. When a woman is living in calmness, radiance, joy and good health, this is the atmosphere in which her baby will enter the world. Yoga helps to create this atmosphere.
This class is designed to help you relax and strengthen your rapidly changing body as you become present with your experience. The class combines yoga stretching and movement, chanting, meditation and deep relaxation with the goal of helping the mother relax and calm herself, connect with her baby, and find the strength within herself to deal with the everyday stresses that come with our busy lives.Find out more »
Join Susi Hutchison for gentle, soothing restorative yoga poses as Certified Sound Healer Cheryl Murphy plays a variety of instruments ranging from singing bowls to chimes in order to bring you into a deeper level of relaxation and release. Wonderful for stress reduction and a great into to yoga if you have never tried it before. Tune into your energy body and record your experience through coloring and drawing on a life-sized outline of your body. Gracia will lead you through an exploration of your energy body through chanting, meditation, and visualization. This unique workshop combines yogic theories of the chakras, nadis and koshas with a fun art project. You will experience the flow of prana (life force) through your own system and represent that experience on paper with colors and symbols. Join Jill and Gabrielle to celebrate the Full Moon in Pisces. Full moons are culminations, usually bringing the completion of a cycle or an ending. They are also the perfect time to release and let go of whatever it is that no longer serves you or no longer belongs in your life. We will gather for chanting, ritual and a guided meditation. The focus of this workshop is to learn the importance of physical yoga practices, food choices, daily routines, mudras, chants and meditation through an Ayurvedic lens to help you maintain health, balance and happiness through the “Vata Season.”

This bi-monthly class will take you into a deeper state of relaxation. Kimberly and Betsy will use singing bowls and different instruments to create sounds that promote healing vibrations. When the body and mind are fully relaxed, this is when the body can truly heal and repair itself.
