Some people call this class “Yoga Church,” maybe because it’s on a Sunday morning, or maybe because of the beautiful weaving of physical practice and connecting to spirit. Unite with your center in this heated flow featuring plenty of sun salutations mixed with unique sequencing to challenge your body and still your mind and connect with Self. A knowledge of basic yoga postures will help you be successful in this class, but otherwise plenty of variations are offered to make it accessible to you.Find out more »
Bringing spirituality into your parenting style and practices is a way to weave together your beliefs in the way the Universe works, as well as create an environment that allows your child to blossom and grow into the human that they came here to be. Learn about the moral codes of yoga (Yama/Niyama) and how these can influence you to parent in a way that may seem new and innovative compared to how you were raised. Understand the basic laws of karma so that you can find the space of allowing your child to grow in the light of your pure love and best intentions with a healthy dose of detachment to how their life unfolds.

oin Jill Loftis to celebrate the Full Moon energy that is building up to April 7 at 18 degrees of Libra. Full moons are culminations, usually bringing the completion of a cycle or an ending. They are also the perfect time to release and let go of whatever it is that no longer serves you or no longer belongs in your life. We will gather for ritual and a guided meditation. Join us for Sunday Sound, a rotation of our incredible sound healers -- Kimberly Vest, Cheryl Murphy and Betsy Whitesell. Everything from Tibetan singing bowls to crystal bowls and gongs.
