Mindfulness for Educators with Wendi Wagner

Discover simple daily practices and strategies for working with young people affected by stress, trauma, depression,and anxiety. Learn ways to help students increase steadiness, resilience, and resource in order to access and express higher potential. This session will offer yoga poses/practices that cultivate balance and steadiness; breathing techniques that soothe and settle the emotions/nervous system; games/strategies that develop focus and self awareness; and kid-friendly meditations for enhancing imagination and self-expression.
