Energy Body Weekend Yoga Immersion with Kimberly and Jill

Join Kimberly Vest, Jill Loftis and your fellow Uttara yogis this Fall for a retreat to Yogaville in beautiful Buckingham, Virginia. We’ve reserved our own place, the Shri Navas Retreat Center, so we’re away from the main ashram in a gorgeous home complete with a full kitchen, beautiful outdoor space, hot tub and an amazing view of the Fall foliage. Participation in classes and meditations at Yogaville will be optional. Lunch and dinner (delicious, vegetarian meals!) will be at the ashram cafeteria just a short drive from Shri Navas Retreat Center. A simple breakfast will be provided at our house in the mornings. If you would like to bring coffee, teas, other beverages or snacks please feel free to do so.

The theme of the weekend is learning more about your energetic anatomy; what IS prana? How do you create this energy, harness this energy, and use it for health and healing? Learn more about yourself in the safe, connected space of our Uttara community, skillfully guided and supported by Kimberly and Jill.

Thursday arrival is optional; full retreat from Friday through Sunday; see the tentative schedule for more details. A $200 deposit will hold your spot and is due no later than Friday, September 23. Early registration discount available if prepaid by October 1. Any remaining balance must be paid by October 15. $400 for Friday-Sunday; $500 for Thursday-Sunday; prepayment discount pricing $385/485.
